Breakfast stop, had the traditional fry up with haggis. Absolutely delicious, quality ingredients prepared with care. I'm not a baked bean lover but theirs are homemade, really good. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, great atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the menu explanation of the different coffees. A fantastic find. Enjoyed it so much, we went back a few hours later for cake and tea. The orange, almond and passion fruit slice in the photo is gluten free as well.

I can't believe it live so close but have only just managed to go to the boatyard today! It's a must! Dead canny staff, lovely grub and friendly welcoming atmosphere... Eclectic menu (i had really tasty Avo Sourdough with mango salsa n chilli, even more amazing if you add bacon!), haggis toastie - very good! Vegan and veggie choices available. Evo wines, great pot of tea, dog friendly... there nothing to dislike. Can't wait to go back...

The Boatyard Brunch Café is a must-visit if you are in the Northumberland area. It serves delicious food and drinks. The owner Tom, manager Scott, and their friendly staff are very welcoming and helpful. They can also provide tips on what to visit in the area. My personal favorites at the cafe were the Bowls and the Plant Plate, a mix of beans, hash browns, veggie sausage, tomatoes, avocado, scrambled tofu, mushrooms, and toasted sourdough bread. I loved the Oat Hot Chocolate as it was the perfect drink after a cold morning swim in the sea. During my week-long stay in Cullercoats, I went there daily, and it consistently exceeded my expectations. Don't miss out on this delightful spot!

A lovely cafe for a quick meal! I visited with my husband and 3 year old and couldn't fault it at all. Food was great and the babychino for my son was fabulous, usually it's just in an espresso cup! There's a good selection of vegan cakes and the ones we tried were delicious. Staff were all friendly and the tunes in there were great! Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

Easily out favourite find and one that we keep returning to. We discovered this gem a year ago and have been coming back since whenever that way. Excellent food. Service impeccable and wonderful atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough.

We had a lovely brunch here sitting outside in the sunshine. The vegan option was well considered and tasty and there were several options which is a nice thing to have. I enjoyed the vegan breakfast and a vegan hot chocolate with vegan whipped cream. Was a treat! They were also able to accomodate extra hash browns for my wee boy which was great. Will definitely go back if visiting the area again.

Amazing value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Great fresh food.

Great place to have breakfast. Nice staff, good food, on the sea front
